Val Robinson, owner of Pilates Lab, is a highly experienced instructor with a deep expertise in the Pilates Method. She specialises in individualised instruction, helping clients achieve real, lasting results. Her approach supports all life stages, from everyday movement and injury rehabilitation to pre and postnatal recovery and athletic performance.
Val is known for her dynamic teaching style, combining precision, energy, and dedication to create a results-driven and engaging experience. As both a mentor and motivator, she is deeply committed to her clients’ progress, guiding them toward strength, confidence, and long-term transformation.
Sarah Schoknecht

With a background in classical and contemporary dance and a Bachelor of Dance from the Victorian College of the Arts, Sarah has dedicated her career to movement. Transitioning to Pilates over a decade ago, she combines her deep understanding of anatomical movement with a personalised approach to help clients build strength, improve posture, and enhance mobility.
A highly skilled and results-driven instructor, Sarah empowers individuals of all levels to move with confidence.
