Nestled in the heart of beachside Parkdale, our stunning studio is located at the rear of Parkdale Osteopathic Clinic, with access via Birdwood Street. The space is bright, welcoming, and filled with natural light, creating the perfect environment for movement and wellness. We use premium Balanced Body equipment to ensure a high-quality Pilates experience.
Parking – Convenient on-street parking is available on Birdwood Street, Como Parade West, and surrounding streets.
Getting Here – Easily accessible by public transport, we’re just a short walk from Parkdale Station.
